Safety and Workers' Compensation Consulting

Often times the areas in which Mr. Adams is able to save his clients major amounts of money and worry are Safety and Worker's Compensation. He accomplishes this through quality program development, effective implementation and continuous plan administration. A complete program intertwining the two often includes the following:

Safety
- Audit Safety program
- Write Safety policies - See SB 198 and Additional Required Safety Policies
- Implement Safety policies
- Chair Safety Committee
- Perform injury claims reviews
- Interface with Cal-OSHA during inspections. Interface and negotiate with Cal-OSHA following inspections
- Advice # 1- If you do not have a comprehensive safety program and Cal-OSHA shows up at your premises requesting an inspection, do not authorize them entrance. You have the right to make them get a warrant to search your premises
- Advice #2 - Be cooperative. Inform them the person responsible for safety is away at this time and ask them to call and set up an appointment for a future date.
- Advice #3 - Call ADAMS HR ENTERPRISES right away so we can complete your safety program.
Workers' Compensation
- Audit Workers' Compensation program (to include Experience Modification Calculation Sheet) and make recommendations - See Workers' Compensation Audit
- Implement Workers' Compensation program
- Perform Workers' Compensation claims administration
- Interface with doctors, insurance adjusters, lawyers and insurance broker
